Chia Seed Banana Breakfast Bowl
- shelled hemp seeds
- dried cranberries
- chopped Medjool dates
- walnuts or pecans
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas, sir in the chia seeds and the milk. Let stand for 1/2 to 1 hour or in the refrigerator overnight.
- Sprinkle with the toppings of your choice. No added sweetener is necessary if you use a ripe banana.
