Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups bananas (about 3 or 4)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup almond butter
- 4 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil or butter and vanilla in a food processor.
- Once blended, add the coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt and mix well. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a well-greased or parchment paper-lined loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and cool on a rack. Slice and serve when completely cool.
