1. Whisk together the honey-mustard glaze ingredients.

2.  Peel and slice the carrots into uniform sizes.

3.  Toss the  raw carrots with this oh-so-yummy honey-mustard glaze!

4.  Arrange the carrots on a sheet pan and roast in the oven until fork tender and glazed.
