12-inch
gluten-free pizza crust,
baked ( I use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Pizza Crust Mix)
½
cup
soft goat cheese
1
cup
red grapes
¼
cup
chopped red onion
balsamic drizzle
fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions
Heat oven to 400°F. Prepare crust according to package directions and bake for 7 - 9 minutes.
Spread with goat cheese.
Top with grapes and red onions.
Bake for a further 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is lightly browned.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction and fresh thyme leaves.
