This Chunky Monkey Chocolate Smoothie has your favourite chocolate, peanut butter and banana flavours in a healthy breakfast or post work-out smoothie.

Silk non-dairy beverage
(I used Almond beverage)

scoop
scoop Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake
(or 1 package)
½
frozen banana
1
tablespoon
cocoa or cacao powder
For a Chunky Monkey Dessert Smoothie, add half an avocado to the ingredients above
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
To make a Chunky Monkey Dessert Smoothie: add half an avocado to the above ingredients and blend until smooth.
Garnish with chopped walnuts or peanuts, chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt, if desired. Serve with a spoon.
