Instructions
Wash blackberries. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
I've found that imported blackberries produce a dressing that is deep red in colour, while local wild blackberries turn the dressing a deep violet colour. Both are beautiful and both are delicious!
