sour cream

fresh parsley
finely chopped

Dijon mustard

fresh lemon juice,
plus more for brushing on avocado halves

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except avocados together in a small bowl.
Add a generous dollop of dip to each avocado half, top with a little more cracked pepper and chopped parsley and serve immediately.
