Fresh Fig Appetizer with Blue Cheese and Hazelnuts
This Fresh Fig Appetizer with Blue Cheese and Hazelnuts is an easy, elegant finger food that you can make in less than 5 minutes!

- 4 fresh figs halved or quartered, if large
- 8 tsp blue cheese
- 8 tsp hazelnuts finely chopped and toasted
- 2 tsp balsamic reduction
Wash and trim stem ends of figs. Slice in half through the stem, or cut in quarters if they are large.
Press 1/2 teaspoon blue cheese on to each fig half, top with 1/2 tsp toasted hazelnuts, and drizzle with a little balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
