Ingredients

  • 4 fresh figs halved or quartered, if large
  • 8 tsp blue cheese
  • 8 tsp hazelnuts finely chopped and toasted
  • 2 tsp balsamic reduction

Instructions

  • Wash and trim stem ends of figs. Slice in half through the stem, or cut in quarters if they are large.
  • Press 1/2 teaspoon blue cheese on to each fig half, top with 1/2 tsp toasted hazelnuts, and drizzle with a little balsamic reduction. Serve immediately.
