Instructions
Muddle the mint leaves. Put them in a cocktail shaker or a metal bowl or cup. Use a wooden muddler or a wooden spoon to gently mash the leaves 3 or 4 times to release their juice. You don't want to mash them too hard.
Squeeze the juice of a lime and put it in a tall glass. Add the honey and stir, then add the mint leaves.
