fresh kale,
tough stems removed

plant-based milk,
or milk of your choice

shelled hemp seeds,
or 1 tablespoon hemp and 1 tablespoon chia seeds

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

Instructions
Add milk to the container of a high-speed blender, then add all the remaining ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
Pour into one large glass or two smaller glasses and enjoy!
