Granny Smith apple,
julienne cut

apple cider vinegar

honey

Dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard, oil and salt and pepper in a jar. Shake well.
Combine cabbage, grapes and apple in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the slaw and toss well. Let stand for 30 minutes and serve.
