This Keto 5-Minute Bacon and Chive Jalapeño Dip is easy to make in a blender. It goes with almost anything and is quick to mix at the last minute!

1cupGreek yogurt,thick style
1mediumjalapeño,ribs and seeds removed
2tbsplime juice,freshly squeezed
3slicesbacon, nitrate-free,cooked until crisp and crumbled
1/4salt to taste
Put all ingredients except bacon in a blender and process until smooth. Stir in most of the crumbled bacon, garnish with more bacon, jalapeño or chives. Serve with fresh vegetables and/or tortilla chips for dipping.
If you include bacon crumbles, this dip is best served on the day it's made, as the bacon may become a little soggy. If you want to make the dip a day before you need it, just keep the bacon separate and stir it in just before serving.
