Sweet mango and buttery avocado flavoured with chili and lime make this healthy mango avocado chili lime salad one to remember! It's Vegan, Whole30 and Paleo-approved.
Slice mangoes lengthwise on either side of the pit. Score each of the mango cheeks to create cubes, then remove cubes to a bowl.
Cut avocado in half lengthwise. Remove pit, then score each half to create cubes. Add to the mango cubes.
Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, chili powder and sea salt. Garnish with sliced limes and mint leaves (optional). Serve right away.
