This dairy free avocado crema (or cream) is a dressing, it's a dip, or a sauce for tacos, power bowls, quesadillas or burgers. Keto, Vegan, Paleo and Whole30-friendly!
1tablespoonapple cider vinegaror white wine vinegar
¼teaspoonkosher salt
½cupavocado oil,or extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Put all ingredients except oil in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Slowly pour the oil through the top and blend until emulsified.
Cover and refrigerate if you're not going to serve it right away.
Notes
This recipe makes more than 1 cup of sauce. You can easily halve the recipe, or cover and store the extra in the fridge.Nutrition facts are based on a serving of 2 tablespoons.
