avocado

feta cheese

clove
garlic

jalapeño pepper
minced

tablespoon
lemon juice,
freshly squeezed from one lemon

mixed herbs,
basil, oregano, thyme
salt and pepper,
to taste
feta cheese crumbles,
for garnish

tablespoon
red onion,
finely chopped for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except garnish in a food processor.
Blend until well combined and almost smooth.
Garnish with a few feta cheese crumbles, finely chopped red onion or chopped fresh herbs. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
