Taco Chicken with Guacamole and Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds fresh chicken wings OR 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning mix, or more
  • guacamole (either store-bought or homemade)
  • fresh salsa, (either store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Toss the wings OR the chicken strips with the taco seasoning mix until well coated.
  • Place the chicken on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 28 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve with homemade Quick Chunky Guacamole and homemade fresh salsa for dipping.
