    🛒 Ingredients

    Just one ingredient: Parmigiano Reggiano.

Choose Parmigiano Reggiano or nothing at all. Using quality Parmesan is a must in this recipe. You'll know it's authentic Parmesan if it has the name stamped on the rind.

    🔪 Instructions

    1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Cheese grating: Use a fine grater to shred the Parmigiano Reggiano into thin, even piles. Ensure you're using authentic Parmesan for the best flavor and texture.
    3. Portioning: Take small heaps of the grated Parmesan (about a tablespoon each) and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each heap to allow for spreading.
    4. Baking: Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown. Keep a close eye on them to prevent over-browning.
    5. Cooling: Once done, let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes. They will firm up as they cool.
    6. Serve and enjoy: Transfer the Parmesan crisps to a serving plate and relish the cheesy goodness.
A block of Parmigiano Reggiano, a rasp, and a small mound of finely grated cheese.

Thin, crisp, rich cheesy flavor and sheer elegance in one tiny bite. It's a taste of Italy, right here at home. Keto-friendly!
