    A simple list of ingredients!

    • mixed olives: buy a good quality deli mix of your favorite olives. Try a mix of Italian olives, Spanish olives, or make a mix with Kalamata olives and Castelvetrano olives.
    • fresh rosemary sprigs
    • lemon zest from a fresh lemon, or you can use Meyer lemons
    • dried chili flakes: for a hint of heat!
    • good quality extra virgin olive oil: These are also delicious with a rosemary-infused olive oil.

    🥄 Instructions

    These Warm Rosemary Olives with Lemon are simple to make!

    1. Cut a square of aluminum foil and place quality deli olives in the center.
    2. Top with fresh rosemary sprigs, a sprinkle of chili flakes, lemon zest and a drizzle of quality extra-virgin olive oil.
    3. Fold the foil to form a sealed packet.
    4. Warm in the oven at 350°F. for about 10 - 15 minutes. Serve immediately with a serving spoon and a small dish for the olive pits.

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups mixed olives
    • 2 - 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
    • sprinkling of lemon zest
    • sprinkling of dried chili flakes
    • a drizzle of good quality olive oil (I used a rosemary-infused olive oil)

    Instructions

    • Spoon the olives in the center of a large square of aluminum foil.
    • Top with the remaining ingredients and a drizzle of olive oil.
    • Fold up the foil to form a sealed packet.
    • Warm in the oven at 350F for about 10 - 15 min. Open carefully as the steam may be hot. Serve immediately as an appetizer.
