Wondering what to cook to this week? If you're looking for nutritious, cozy December meals to get you in a holiday mood, read on!
We're in the middle of December now, probably the most unpredictable December we've ever had! With no big family Christmas dinners or New Year's Eve bashes planned, if you're like me, you may be feeling disappointed and a little confused about how to spend this holiday time.
On the one hand, we can't host gatherings and serve all our favourite holiday recipes, but on the other hand, we still want to create those warm holiday moments.
I've pulled together a handful of recipes for easy cozy December meals that may help you get in the spirit of the holidays as you shelter at home with your partner or your family.
Spending time to create happy moments around our table seems to me to be a better option than simply feeling like we're losing out.
Remember, we're all in this together. Let's make the best of it. Who knows? Maybe you'll develop some new holiday traditions!
