Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

A healthy smoothie in a bowl. Naturally sweetened with dates and banana, and with chia seeds for omega 3's and protein, this smoothie tastes like carrot cake!

  • 3/4 cup milk of choice-- almond, cashew, rice etc.
  • 1 sliced and frozen banana
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped carrot
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 ice cubes
  • Garnish with pineapple walnuts, raisins


  • Put all ingredients except those for garnishing in a blender and blend until smooth. Garnsh with pineapple chunks, chopped walnuts and raisins.
