Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl
A healthy smoothie in a bowl. Naturally sweetened with dates and banana, and with chia seeds for omega 3's and protein, this smoothie tastes like carrot cake!
- 3/4 cup milk of choice-- almond, cashew, rice etc.
- 1 sliced and frozen banana
- 1 cup coarsely chopped carrot
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 ice cubes
- Garnish with pineapple walnuts, raisins
